They've been installed into ProgramData - honestly not sure what's going on with this and why install uses ProgramData but then the app switches to Program Files, but we can solve it. I then have an issue with various required files being missing. You don't need wine mono if it whinges at you, and you may get an error about a fatal issue with Sonar.
